The seller went above and beyond helping us create a great a transfer for our large wedding sign, having printed out the design we sent, contacted us to let us know the graphic we sent didn’t blow up well and then went on to recreate a better quality graphic than the one we had sent. Having just used the product, it was well explained, easy to do, and had confidence with practice pieces sent alongside the ordered transfer. I used his service to print custom name badges for my clients for their Christmas gifts, and he went above and beyond to make sure they came out perfectly – even after I had placed my order incorrectly.
