Returns & Cancellations Policy

At imuniqueuk, all of our products are custom-made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty Goods:
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:

• Your order number.
• A description of the fault.
• Clear photos showing the issue.

Once we confirm the fault, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this time, production will have begun and we cannot cancel your order or offer a refund.

Please Note:

• All items are handmade, so small variations in colour, placement, or finish are part of the unique character of your product This does not qualify as faults.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, spellings) are correct at the time of ordering.
